Measure TT Accomplishments, passed in 2008

  • Since it was approved by voters in November 2008, the $350 million Measure TT bond initiative has funded 140 projects to repair and upgrade the historic schools of 精东影业 Unified School District. Projects include: 
    • Renovated auditoriums, classrooms, and offices
    • New classroom buildings and gymnasiums equipped for 21st-century learning
    • Upgraded infrastructure (air conditioning, heating, plumbing, windows)
    • New sports complexes and playground structures

      Blair Middle and High School New 6-8th grade Bldg., Complete Renovation of 23classrooms, Expanded offices, Remodeled library, New entrance, track, athletic field, landscape, irrigation. Parking lot upgrades.
      Elliot Middle School Modernization to Auditorium, Bldg. A, Kitchen, Restroom, Lunch Shelter. Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning Upgrades, Alterations to Building C
      John Muir High Renovations to Rufus Meade Auditorium, the student cafeteria and kitchen. Construction of shaded outdoor amphitheater, bleachers in main gymnasium. New TV studio, media lab, security???. Upgrades to accessibility.
      Marshall Fundamental Upgrades to library. Renovations to quad, landscape and old gym. New sports complex, classrooms and tennis courts. Replacement of HVAC, lighting controls and LED(with proposition 39).
